Finishing a 13-week contract in Albuquerque? Our private, fully furnished casita in historic Huning Highlands (EDo) is built for travel nurses and traveling healthcare professionals — a quiet, self-contained home base you can walk to work from.
Walkable to Presbyterian, minutes to Lovelace and UNM
Presbyterian Hospital (1100 Central Ave SE) is about a 15-minute walk from the casita, which means no fighting for a parking spot after a 12-hour shift — you can leave the car parked entirely if you'd rather. Lovelace Medical Center is about a 7-minute drive, and UNM Hospital and the Raymond G. Murphy VA Medical Center are both roughly 10 minutes by car. Downtown Albuquerque and the Convention Center are under a 20-minute walk as well, so days off don't require getting in the car either.
If you do drive, free street parking is available right in front of the house. If you don't, Lime e-scooters are scattered throughout the neighborhood and rideshare pickup is quick, so getting around Albuquerque is easy either way.

Built for 13-week contracts (and longer)
- 30-night minimum, and you're welcome to stay as long as the assignment runs — extensions are welcome
- A simple, straightforward lease and a $1,500 refundable security deposit
- Professionally cleaned before every stay, with mid-stay cleaning available for a fee
- Sleeps up to 3, in case a partner or family visits
The casita is a private, stand-alone building set behind the main house, with its own entrance and patio — there's no shared space with anyone else on the property.

Albuquerque runs on roughly 310 sunny days a year and clear, high-desert air, with mild winters compared to most of the country. On days off, EDo's walkable dining row — Artichoke Cafe, Farina, Holy Burger and The Grove — is a short stroll away, and Old Town and Nob Hill are both easy to reach. For longer breaks, the Sandia foothills and the Sandia Peak Tramway make for a good hike or a scenic ride. When the contract ends, the Sunport airport is about 10 minutes away for flying home or on to the next assignment.
