Furnished Monthly Rentals
Furnished Monthly Rentals in Albuquerque
A furnished monthly rental should feel like a home, not a hotel room. Our private casita in historic Huning Highlands (EDo) is rented by the month — fully furnished, all-inclusive, and a short walk from downtown Albuquerque.
What "all-inclusive" actually means
One monthly price covers it, with nothing separate to set up:
- Electricity, water, gas and trash
- 500 Mbps fiber Wi-Fi
- Linens and towels
- A fully equipped kitchen with cookware and dishes
- In-unit washer and dryer
- Cleaning supplies and basic toiletries
There's no lodging tax on stays of 30 nights or more, unlike nightly hotel or short-term rental stays — one more thing you don't have to think about.
Why monthly beats a hotel or a nightly rental
- A real kitchen means you can cook instead of eating out every night
- Laundry is right in the unit, not down the hall or across town
- Space to actually live and work, with a standing desk and fast Wi-Fi
- A quiet residential neighborhood rather than a highway strip
- Better value per night once you're staying 30+ nights
